Race Timing and directing services
New and smaller races fail to make a profit with many timing services charging a minimum of $900 - $1,000 as a timing fee. Additionally, the majority of runners will register for your race within the last week. Many new charity races lose money because they overestimate the number of runners they’ll have and wind up with leftover shirts and race medals that they can’t use.
We specialize in filling the gap for races with under 400 participants and can help you reach profitability with as few as 30 runners.
We offer two levels of service based on the number of participants in your race and the best part is you don’t have to choose, We automatically adjust services based on the number of registered participants on race day.
Small Race Services (up to 50 registered participants)
We guide your race director, manually time & score the race, provide a basic start/finish line, course markings, and portable speaker. We also provide generic race bibs, gender specific T-shirts, custom overall first through third place male and female awards, and optional generic or custom finisher medals.
Growing Races (50 - 400 registered participants)
We guide your race director, provide chip timing and score the race, provide a basic start/finish line, and course markings. This level also includes custom race bibs with timing chips, age group awards, and optional generic or custom finisher medals.
